We have a project in Scotts Valley where we're coming up against permeable lot coverage and tree root impact alike, and were considering either traditional interlocking pavers or a pervious concrete such as your product. If you have even a small stash of cash, now is a GREAT time to hire a contractor! I just finished a small remodel on my house, and the value I received for my investment was outstanding. I easily received 20%-30% more for my money, due to the depressed economy. We didn't skimp or cut any corners, mind you. We actually ended up spending more than we had originally budgeted, simply because the "while we're at it" deals were just way too good to pass up! It’s true!
