President and Founder – Jerry Allison
Jerry is the heart and soul of the company. We named the company after him, after all. His artistic yet practical designs, eye for quality, respect for the land and fair business practices gave original life, love, and longevity to the company over 40 years ago and are the leadership goals that drive our company today. He lives in Aptos with his beautiful wife, mother of two, extremely talented (and the best G'ma ever!) Company co-owner Cecille.
Their son Scot now runs the daily operations, and hijacks's dad's website (hi mom, love you!). We also have grand-kids Chris and Carolyn who grace our presence when they need a paycheck, and are honestly behind the driving force of our Company: original life, love for family, and longevity of satisfaction in our physical surroundings. We are a family run, family oriented group of business people that treat you like family from the very first phone call. Meaning...we ask you for money.

Hi. I'm Scot, Jerry's website hijacking son. Don't get me wrong, Jerry has this crazy innate psycho ability to create absolute outdoor beauty. It's a sickness. It's a talent. It truly is art, and I remain in absolute awe at Jerry's ability to conjure miracles from literal dirt to landscapes you can't help but notice. That said, we also place a strong emphasis on simply having a yard that works. No one likes weeds, and dead plants, and mud pits... No one likes working hard all day, struggling to earn money, just to come home to a dump. If you are working to improve your castle, it should shelter you and welcome you and stand proud, like a castle. Your castle. Your home.
Summer droughts, winter rains, earthquakes, floods, and everything in between, we build beautiful yards that withstand time, look good, and age as well as we do. Design: Jerry Allison brings a balanced blend of his talented artistic eye, his 40+ years landscape contracting experience, and his inherent connection with nature to his designs. He works with in-house designers, architects, graphic designers, engineers, and you, our client, to ensure that the design is well suited to the style of the buildings, the functionality of the surrounding environment, and your own personal aesthetic tastes and activities. Jerry Allison Landscaping Inc. has won numerous awards for innovative and natural designs that highlight waterscapes, complete outdoor kitchens, decks and arbors, masonry rock walls, and native plantings.
Build: Jerry Allison Landscaping Inc. has the highest skilled, hardest working crew in the area. Just ask them! Or better yet, watch what they can do with your yard. We are very unique in that we utilize our own in-house masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, irrigation specialists, and plant care professionals. By training and using our own in-house crews for everything construction, we decrease the extra time and frustration caused through the use of multiple subcontractors. We greatly value our crew of skilled professionals as our most important resources and treat them accordingly, keeping our crew consistent, well trained and experienced.
Maintenance: Our Maintenance Division follows along with Jerry Allison’s general principles of timeliness, quality, and friendly service.
