Jerry Allison Landscaping Inc. would like to share the following useful links to our favorite suppliers, vendors, informational sites, etc.

  • A Tool Shed -  equipment rentals for DIY people (then call us to come fix it.......)
  • B&B Small Engine Repair  -  no website, but call them at 831-476-6306 to repair anything, or just sharpen your favorite clippers
  • Bogner Sheet Metal -  waterproof flashing, chimney tops, BBQ parts, you name it, they make it
  • Built-in Distributors -  stainless BBQ's, outdoor sinks, water heaters, refrigerators, a great outdoor kitchen source (and indoor appliances as well)
  • Central Home Supply -  landscape supplier (stone, masonry, soils, etc) with two locations to walk around and view materials
  • Computer Studios -  THE one and only people to call for ANY and ALL computer failures, as well as website creation and promotion, business servers, phone systems, etc etc etc
  • Contractors State License Board -  have a question about a contractor, including us?  Call the CSLB!  This is the agency that issues and regulates contractor licensing in California.  Good people.
  • Delta Bluegrass -  check out Bolero if you like lots of mowing and watering, or, Native No Mow if you don't want to water or mow more than a few times a year
  • Doody Deeds -  pooper scooper services for busy pet owners, highly recommended and very inexpensive if you can't get your kids to pick up poop
  • Lawrence Calderon Chiropractic  -  no website, but call 831-465-9344 when you finally realize your DIY landscape project may cost you more in chiropractic doctor bills than if you had hired Jerry Allison Landscaping to begin with.......but points for trying !!!
  • Earth Works Paving -  long time family friends, from colored asphalt (not just black anymore!!) to permeable sealed gravels (very decorative and durable) to curbs and gutters
  • FX Luminaire -  low voltage landscape lighting, nice products page to view different lighting fixtures
  • Gopher Control of Santa Cruz  -  no website, but call 831-761-2252, we use them quite a bit, including our own homes with children and pets running freely, with no issues
  • Graniterock -  masonry and landscape supplier, fantastic friendly staff, extremely helpful with multiple locations to browse through materials, brings professionalism to new levels
  • Hot Springs Spas -  down on River Street and Hwy 1 near that crazy art thingy, nice folks to work with, high quality product, mine's lasted over ten years despite kids and dogs and occasional swimming cats
  • Houzz - a fantastic site featuring tons of home decorating ideas and photos from many different sources, you could spend HOURS just flipping through image after image
  • Hughes River Expeditions -  loooooooong time family friends, what we do for fun and to get inspired again about landscaping
  • Jackel Enterprises -  it it's not made out of wood, YET, these are the folks to make it happen
  • King Crane -  if you get the desire to lift a 30ft tall, 14,000lb oak tree over your neighbor's house to plant in your back yard, probably best you call us to coordinate, but here's King Crane's link anyway....
  • Pacific Firewood -  where we get our firewood for the office fireplace, our adopted office cats greatly appreciate these folks on cold rainy days around the fire !!!
  • Peninsula Building Materials -  want Peruvian Plateau Stone, or Colorado River Rock, or Italian Indigo Marble?  Have quarry, will query, with worldwide shipping
  • Riverside Lighting -  very well stocked showroom of all sorts of lighting fixtures, fans, and other fun electrical stuff
  • Sculpturetech -  true artists in metal working, fireplaces, handrails, fences, gates, pump vaults, staircases, if it's made of metal and wants to look FANTASTIC, these are the folks
  • Surfside Signs -  they make our truck logos and jobsite signage, as well as our beautiful wooden sign in front of our location in Watsonville
  • United Rentals -  equipment rentals for DIY people (then call us to come fix it.......)
  • Vision Recycling -  we support their recycling efforts by purchasing their mulch products, which have been very popular and well received
  • Watsonville Wetlands Watch -  these folks protect the wetlands that our office windows look over every day, we like them and support their projects whenever we can by providing mtls, labor, and advice
