It’s true! If you have even a small stash of cash, now is a GREAT time to hire a contractor! I just finished a small remodel on my house, and the value I received for my investment was outstanding. I easily received 20%-30% more for my money, due to the depressed economy. We didn’t skimp or cut any corners, mind you. We actually ended up spending more than we had originally budgeted, simply because the “while we’re at it” deals were just way too good to pass up!
Hey Jerry, I could not agree with you more. Also, now is the time to get that work done on your house or landscape because the contractors are not overworked like they used to be a few years ago. Back then, some landscapers I knew were working outside all day then doing the bidding and phone calls at night. It was crazy. They were exhausted. Now things have calmed down and you can get some really good service. Like Jerry says, just hire someone. We are all ready to do our best and serve you.
